Financial and Insurance Coordinator
Cathy’s experience in the dental field began in 1992. In 2000 she joined Hullings Orthodontics and has completed dental assisting training and several certifications through Trapezio. She works with patients and families, to handle insurance filings and follow-up, as well as reviews financial contracts. Cathy enjoys getting to know our patient families and making the financial aspect of treatment a smooth, stress-free process.
Originally from Oklahoma, Cathy and her husband Larry have been married more than 25 years. They have two beautiful daughters: Maddie is studying at Emporia State University and Maleah is at Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School. Their family includes four adorable cats, too. Cathy enjoys estate sales, crafting, and cheering for Wichita State men’s basketball.
Erin joined Hullings Orthodontics in 2017, and brought several years of experience in the dental field. She handles an array of front-office tasks, all focused on ensuring patients and families feel welcome and at home. In addition to scheduling appointments, Erin tidies the reception area and makes sure the all-important snacks, water, and coffee are stocked! She enjoys seeing patients at every visit, getting to know them, and watching their confidence grow.
A Wichita native, Erin and her husband have been a couple for many years and married for six. They have a young son and a lab/pit bull mix pup, Nala. They enjoy watching their son play soccer, hanging out at the park, and being homebodies: staying in to play board games.
Regina joined Hullings Orthodontics in 2016. She graduated from Heritage College as a registered dental assistant and worked as an assistant in general dentistry before joining us. Regina works with Dr. Hullings to coordinate treatment. She handles consultations and communications with specialists, and presents treatment plans to patients and families. She enjoys meeting new people and gets super excited to see transformations from beginning to end of treatment.
Originally from Garden City, Regina moved to Wichita in 2011 to continue her education. She enjoys staying healthy, working out, and spending time with her boyfriend Michael at church and church events. She also likes bonfires at Michael’s, watching movies, and hanging out with family and friends.
Office Manager, Clinical Director, and Clinical Assistant
Angela started working in the dental field in 1996 and joined our practice in 2012. She, is certified through Trapezio. Angela wears many hats in the practice, managing the office and ensuring we run efficiently, so we’re able to provide the highest quality of experience. She also ensures our clinic flows smoothly and offers chairside assistance. Angela loves working with our patients and seeing how life-changing treatment is for people.
For Angela, her family comes first. She and Dean enjoy hiking in Colorado with their dog, Frisco. The couple also enjoys motorcycle and jeep trips, and Angela likes watching her stepson Gage play basketball. Lazy days are spent spoiling their cat, Satchel.
Joann was the second assistant brought on by Dr. Hullings, in 1991. Her interest in the field started back in high school. Joann has completed Trapezio training for orthodontic assisting levels 1 and 2, and she works in the clinic: assisting the doctor with directed orthodontic treatment. Her favorite moments are seeing the beautiful, confident smiles our patients share the day we remove their braces!
Joann has two grown children and enjoys her family time, especially with her six grandchildren! She also has two Beagles, Gerty and Gilbert, who like walks in the park. Joann’s hobbies include gardening and watching KU basketball with her son.
