Our Staff
It's the people that make a practice, and we are especially proud of ours. The first priority of our friendly and caring staff is to serve your needs. Our front office team has the experience to answer any questions you may have regarding scheduling, billing arrangements and insurance. Each clinical team member is AOA certified and has a minimum of seven years of orthodontic experience. Our clinical team assists Dr. Hullings with treatment appointments and will be able to answer your questions about how your orthodontic treatment is progressing.
We all take our work very seriously, but we pride ourselves on doing it in a fun way. We want you to enjoy coming to see us and to feel comfortable with the treatment you receive. We are always available to answer your questions and help guide you through the orthodontic treatment experience.
Our Office
Our goal is to make every visit to our office a pleasant one. You will always be greeted by a welcoming smile in comfortable surroundings. Our computer check-in system lets Dr. Hullings and the clinical team know that you are ready to be seen the moment you arrive.
If you decide to relax in our spacious reception room while a family member is being seen, feel free to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while browsing through our excellent selection of magazines.
In addition to having internet access on the public computer in our reception room, our whole office is equipped with wireless internet connection so you can bring your own laptop to use while you’re here. We also have a special X-box play area.
No time to brush before your appointment? No problem. We have a fully stocked tooth brushing station so that everyone can be sure to make their teeth sparkle before being seen by Dr. Hullings.
Office Hours
School year office hours:
Monday – Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday – 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Summer office hours:
Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
For your scheduling convenience, we see patients through the traditional lunch hour during the school year.
In the event of an after-hours emergency just call the regular office phone number to have Dr. Hullings or a clinical team member paged.
